Jack joined The Henderson Business Group in May 2003 with over thirty years experience as an executive, attorney, and CPA with senior leadership experience in corporate finance and operations. During a large part of his career he has been involved from many aspects in the buying and selling of businesses so the fit was a natural. “I currently have an interest in a small business and readily identify with the business owner and the challenges they face every day. I have bought and sold a business as a small business owner and I appreciate the emotional swings owners go through arriving at such a decision and it is my goal to be there for them in a trusted relationship.” Jack earned degrees in accounting and law at St. Joseph College and John Marshall Law School.
